QUALITY REQUIREMENTS FOR DAILY MARKINGS OF AIRPORTS

Abstract

This article is about airfield markings and suitabile materials used for their implementation depending on their quality requiremetns. I have collected and analysed the available sources and information. Then I have compared different methods and materials used for road markings and suggested the best suitable for airport enviroments. Below are described detection and measurements of the necessary properties before and after the implementation of road markings. Than materials used for road markings and requirements on them. It also deals with application of road markings and machinery used to provide that. And finally there are described some methods of airport markings removal.
