TURBO-PROPS AIRCRAFTS OF EUROPEAN FLYING COMPANIES

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive eyeview of current status and extent of use of turboprop aircrafts by European airlines. The work is divided into three main chapters and several sections. The first chapter presents the theoretical background to the problem. The second chapter analyzes the reasons for the purchase and operation of turboprop aircrafts by European companies, as well as perspectives of their next purchase for the needs of companies. The third chapter presents a summary of today’s problems in terms of the European air transport market. All information is summarized by available literature, by type and availability in tabular or pictorial form.
