POSSIBILITY OF INTRODUCING AIR LINKS BETWEEN SWITZERLAND AND THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC

Abstract

This work presents the possibilities of introducing air links between Switzerland and Slovakia. The first part of the study was to observe interest shown by potential customers and identify possible target segments. Survey method and cross- section analysis were used to gather information about target markets and customers. The proposal for route planning is based on estimated demand. Route planning in this work consist of a selection of suitable aircraft and determining the parameters of the air route. Last part of this study also discloses assumed costs and revenues to determine estimated cost of flight ticket.
