THE USE OF ELECTRIC ENGINES AS POWER UNITS OF AIRCRAFT

Abstract


The aim of this work is to evaluate issues of current and possible future uses of electric propulsion for aircraft. Consequently also highlighted the use of alternative sources to power these engines, such as hybrid engines, photovoltaic, fuel cells and batteries.
